RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Big Dogg are committed to ensuring all our customers enjoy a positive and enjoyable shopping experience with us. Sometimes, customers may need to return an item. Simply e-mail us (info@bigdogg.co.uk) quoting your Order Number and the reason for you request and we will process your request within 2 business days.

In line with the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, 2000, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 working days. This begins with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products. Apart from faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of garments with any form of embellishment (eg. printing or embroidery). We may allow the exchange of teamwear items at our discretion but will not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Wherever possible all goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note will be issued. In crediting the customer, we comply with Distance Selling Regulations, 2000. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once Big Dogg has given confirmation that the goods are faulty, they must be returned within 2 weeks. Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Big Dogg.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements. Unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, ie. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact.
